Shipping Details & Returns

At Tidy Diners, all orders are custom, so please allow time for processing. We operate normal business hours Monday-Friday and observe holidays. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. If there is ever a time you want to confirm a time frame, please contact us. 
We offer value shipping options through the US Postal Service. First Class shipping is economical and typically arrives within 3 business days once the order was processed. If you need an order expedited please contact us before placing your order.  
Returns for unmonogrammed/unused items are accepted within 15 days of shipping date. Email (with reason for return/exchange) to info@tidydiners.com. Returns are at buyer's expense and upon approval a refund will be transacted, if exchanging for similiar priced item, Tidy Diners will pay for shipping the replacement item!  If you are not completely satisfied with your personalized products, refunds will be given upon receipt of "reason for return" email and item within 15 days of shipping.
